We’re thrilled to announce that Harbour’s own colourist Megan Lee and lead compositor Leah Ayinde have been named to the Gold Jury of Creative Circle Awards 2026. A testament to their exceptional artistry and keen creative judgement. It speaks directly to Harbor’s core belief in championing craft at the highest level, reflecting Creative Circle’s mission to recognise, reward and celebrate creative excellence while fostering a vibrant, inclusive community of creative talent across the UK.

As members of this esteemed peer-judged jury, Megan and Leah will bring Harbor’s commitment to technical mastery, thoughtful storytelling and collaborative innovation to the heart of the judging process, helping uphold standards that truly honour the craft of filmmaking and post-production.

About Megan Lee

London-based colourist Megan Lee brings a subtle, story-led approach to every frame. Her grades balance rich textures, tonal nuance, and naturalistic contrast, elevating performance without calling attention away from the story. Skilled across commercials, music videos, and short-form narrative, Megan combines technical fluency with a collaborative, solutions-focused workflow, crafting looks that feel effortless, expressive, and precise.

Prior to joining Harbor, Megan held tenures at The Mill London and ETC, where she collaborated with directors and cinematographers including Kelvin Jones, Tash Duursma, Ben Cotgrove, Troy Roscoe, Bedroom and Jazmin Garcia on award-recognised work.

In 2025, Megan was named on Televisual’s prestigious ‘Top 10 Colourists’ list, a recognition that underscores the impact of her work in the industry. She has also been recognised at The British Arrows, AICP, Ciclope, UKMVAs and Creative Circle – reflecting her ability to craft confident, nuanced colour palettes that elevate narrative and enhance emotional resonance across a wide range of projects.

About Leah Ayinde

Leah Ayinde is a Lead Compositor at Harbor, known for blending artistry, technical skill, and curiosity across film and advertising.
