BBC – Impossible Orchestra

The BBC launched their music initiative, BBC Music, with the broadcast of a new recording of the Beach Boys song 'God Only Knows'. The video features the BBC Concert Orchestra alongside Dave Grohl, Lorde, Alison Balsom, Pharrell Williams, Zane Lowe, Paloma Faith, Sam Smith, Eliza Carthy, Nicola Benedetti, Chris Martin, Martin James Bartlett, Danielle de Niese, Jaz Dhami, Stevie Wonder, Florence Welch, Kylie Minogue, Lauren Laverne, Brian Wilson, Jake Bugg, Katie Derham, Chrissie Hynde, Gareth Malone, Emeli Sande, Ethan Johns, Baaba Maal, One Direction, Elton John, Jools Holland, Jamie Cullum, Brian May and the Tees Valley Youth Choir. The profits from downloads were donated to Children in Need.
